EU Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, and receive a full refund.

Important: Custom & Personalised Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example, products bearing a design you uploaded via our Design Studio. This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Standard catalogue items without customisation are fully eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email returns@dripform.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason.
2. Alternatively, complete and email the EU Withdrawal Form.
3. We will send return instructions within 2 business days.
4. Return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected (by us or by Printful), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, email returns@dripform.com with photos within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
